EVENTS IN SANTIAGO
May 8 & 9
During these two days, activities will be carried out in Santiago, such as the inaugural event of the Cumbre, and we also have guided tours of heritage sites in Santiago that you can purchase on our website.

Regarding accommodation, these two days mean that you must reserve accommodation in Santiago for 2 nights. On our page we have accommodation options in Santiago close to the event locations.
TECHNICAL VISITS IN SAN PEDRO
May 10 & 11
Saturday is to travel to San Pedro.
The closest airport to San Pedro is in the city of Calama, in which case there are several airlines and schedules available. The trip lasts approximately 4 hours, which includes arrival at the airport, 1 hour and a half flight Santiago-Calama, and 1 hour and a half ground transportation from Calama airport to San Pedro.

​We have organized 2 technical visits for the weekend. One for half a day on the afternoon of Saturday, and another all day on Sunday.
​
We also have accommodation options that include transportation from Calama airport to San Pedro, round trip.
ANUAL CONFERENCE
May 12 to 17
For these 5 days we have different accommodation options close to the event.
We recommend the option of the Hotel Diego de Almagro, which is located 10 minutes walk from the congress site.
Includes breakfast.

The airline and flight schedule that we recommend is
LATAM Airlines with 3 alternatives of direct flight:

- 7:20 am from Santiago arrives at 9:30 in Calama, plus 45 minutes from Calama airport to San Pedro arriving at 10:35 am in San Pedro.

- 11:00 am from Santiago arrives at 13:10 pm in Calama plus 45 minutes from Calama airport to San Pedro arriving at 14:00 pm.

- 09:07 am from Santiago arrives at 11:15 pm in Calama plus 45 minutes from Calama airport to San Pedro arriving at 12:00 pm.
